UPDATE ! – we now have the Government 6 month to 5 year free vaccines. Please call for an appointment on 8731 6500.

If you think you may require extra time with the Doctor, please advise the Reception Team at the time of booking your appointment.
Home visits will be available on a case by case basis with patients that are unable to come to the clinic and if there is a doctor available. Hoppers Lane General Practice is connected to the locum service for out of hours home visiting doctors, if this is required please phone : 13 SICK (7425).
Please be aware that home visits are not for emergencies and if you have a medical emergency then phone 000 or present to the nearest hospital.
Your medical records are confidential. Our policy is to maintain security of your personal health information at all times.
If you have any feedback, suggestions or complaints regarding your experience at our Clinic, please feel free to talk with your treating Doctor, a member of our Reception Team, or the Practice Manager who can be contacted by in person , phone or email at email@example.com
You may prefer to write to us or use our suggestion box that is located at reception. If you have a problem – we would like to hear about it. We take your concerns, suggestions and complaints seriously and will respond to any complaint within 48 hours.
We also love to hear positive experiences you have in the practice as we aim to work with our patients and learn what we can do to improve or what we should continue to do, to offer the high quality service at HLGP.
