Most fees and procedures are bulk billed to Medicare. For overseas students we offer rebates for those holding the Allianz OSHC card.
To be bulk billed it is essential that you bring your current Medicare card with you. Please also present any pension or concession cards you may have.
Patients without a current Medicare card can be seen but will need to pay from $80 consultation fee. We have Eftpos facilities to help if required.

Taxi and Uber Medicals : from $130
Heavy Vehicle Testing : $170 – $210
Pre-Employment Medicals : from $181
WorkCover Consultations : from $59.64
Did not attend accounts : $35 for non attendance for appointment or cancellations without 1 hour notice.
Some services, including medical screenings for work or vehicle licenses cannot be bulk billed and will incur a fee.

Your medical records are confidential. Our policy is to maintain security of your personal health information at all times.
Hoppers Lane General Practice is committed to preventative care and has a system of registering patients for recall for clinically significant results and preventative advice.
Our Clinic will be participating in the use of registers in national/state reminder systems and as such from time to time we may issue you with a reminder notice.
Please advise our Reception team if you do not wish to participate in this program.
Doctors at our clinic can be contacted during surgery hours if you are unable to come to the clinic and have a important or urgent matter. However, with regards to your privacy and confidentiality please note that results will not be given via the telephone.
If the Doctors is with a patient when you call – a message will be passed through on your behalf. Doctors will always take the call in the case of an emergency.
If you have any feedback, suggestions or complaints regarding your experience at our Clinic, please feel free to talk with your treating Doctor, a member of our Reception Team, or the Practice Manager who can be contacted by in person , phone or email at email@example.com
You may prefer to write to us or use our suggestion box that is located at reception. If you have a problem – we would like to hear about it. We take your concerns, suggestions and complaints seriously and will respond to any complaint within 48 hours.
We also love to hear positive experiences you have in the practice as we aim to work with our patients and learn what we can do to improve or what we should continue to do, to offer the high quality service at HLGP.
